To participate in the Mooju Friday featuring Fallguys Tournament simply go to twitch.tv/xtwoshoes page on Friday 4th October, just before 7pm, and get ready to play. You must be over 18 to enter this competition.

First Lobby goes live – 10mins after stream starts, allowing Twoshoes to go through the format

You need to be present on stream, once lobby code is created by Twoshoes, you have 5mins to get yourself into the lobby.

If you miss out, don’t worry as there will be multiple games and multiple opportunities to win prizes over the course of the stream

Competition ‘Terms and Conditions’

1. The Promoter is Tirlán (“Tirlán”) having its principal place of business at Leggettsrath Business Park, Dublin Road, Kilkenny, R95 YTD (the “Promoter”).

The ‘MOOJU FRIDAY FEATURING FALLGUYS TOURNAMENT’ (the “Promotion”) is only open to participants resident in the Republic of Ireland (26 counties), excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their families (the “Participants”). Participants must be aged 18 years or over to enter. The Promoter and its associated companies reserve the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of Participants.

6. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Entries made by a third party or via automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified.

1. The prize:
   1. Prizes – ‘Hero Prizes’ are to be confirmed and will be issued to the First, Second, and Third fastest individual to complete the set Fallgys rounds.
   2. There will also be spot prizes give away, based on random selection, every 5 minutes to participants who participate in the tournament.

• The promotional period will run from Friday 4th of October from 7pm – 10pm maximum.

1. The Promoter has the right to extend the Promotional Period.
2. Prizes will only be allocated to the ‘winners’.
3. Prize winners are subject to a full verification process.
4. Winners will be asked for their contact details, to fulfil prizes, after the tournament is over by Epic Global (a 3^rd party agency selected by Tirlán/Mooju to liaise with individual winners). In the event that a winner is uncontactable within 48 hours of being contacted or does not respond to our communications to claim their prize, it will be deemed to have been forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from valid entries at the Promoter’s discretion.
5. Once informed that they have won and the necessary confirmation and information has been received by the Promoter, the prize will be issued.
6. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entries which it believes to be fraudulent, based on misconduct or to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a winner may result in forfeiture of the prize.
7. Any material created as part of the Promotion shall be owned by the Promoter. Participants agree for the Promoter to edit, publicise and use in perpetuity throughout the world all or segments of any such material in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.
8. No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of any prize awarded by the Promoter and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
9. The allocation of prizes will be to individuals only. No syndicates or groups will be eligible to enter this Promotion.
10. Proof of entering is not accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter is not liable for non-receipt, or late receipt of any entry, due to operator or network error or for any associated cost to Participants.
11. Any personal data that you provide shall be used by the Promoter solely in connection with this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal data to its authorised agents and service providers in connection with such purposes. 13. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the specifications of the prizes should those specified above be unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Any alternative prizes will be of equal value.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants taking part in this Promotion; they do so at their own risk. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility or liability for:
15. a) entry to the Promotion made without the owner or bill payer’s permission.
16. b) any loss of the prize, once received by the winners.
17. c) any loss or damage to the Participant upon delivery and/or use of their prize.
18. d) technical failures when entering the Promotion.
19. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in the Promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the Participant of any such failure.
20. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
21. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, cost, expense or liability suffered or incurred by any person, entrant or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.
23. By entering this Promotion, Participants acknowledge that they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the Promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the Participant’s name and/or image, a statement made by the Participant concerning the Promotion and/or prizes, and photographs or moving images of the Participant taken as part of the Promotion.
24. Entrants agree and acknowledge that the terms and conditions which apply to Facebook and to Instagram form a separate contract to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is not responsible and expressly excludes its liability for any loss or damage suffered by any Participant arising from the use of Facebook, or Instagram in connection with the Promotion.
25. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Promoter alone.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties outside its control with no liability to Participants or third parties.
27. Specific prize dates cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.
28. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
